The service

Linklot lets you create temporary, link-based lists and receive anonymous messages about them. By using it you accept these terms. The service is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Your links are your keys

There are no accounts. Whoever holds an edit link controls that list; whoever holds a conversation link can read and continue that conversation. Keeping links safe is your responsibility. A lost edit link cannot be recovered unless you saved a notification email beforehand.

Acceptable use

You may not use Linklot to sell or promote anything illegal where you or your buyers live (including stolen goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeits), to defraud, harass, or impersonate, to infringe others' rights, or to publish content involving minors inappropriately. Automated scraping and abuse of the service are prohibited.

Moderation

Anyone can report a list. Repeated reports freeze a list automatically; frozen lists are removed after 14 days unless an appeal to hi@linklot.app succeeds. We may remove content that violates these terms at any time.

Transactions are yours

Linklot is a bulletin board, not a marketplace: we are not a party to any transaction, we handle no payments, we verify neither sellers nor buyers nor goods. Meet in public places and inspect items before paying.

AI outputs

AI-generated estimates, drafts, and translations are suggestions that may be wrong. The list owner is responsible for everything their list states.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linklot is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, from transactions between users, from lost links, or from expired and deleted content. Lists expire and are deleted by design.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
